tentang sahabat.... kdg2 sahabat ketika susah mmg susah nk dpt tp sahabat ketika sng........mmg sng nk dpt....
mule2 time knl baek je.... tp mungkin di sbbkn persekitaran yg lbh meluas and bru nk berkembang.......mule2 sem xlh nk pisah makan same ge mne2 same2.... tp disbbkn 1 bnd.... blh merubah segala2nye.....
dari zahir nye mungkin nmpk mereka baik sesama sndiri tp pd batin nye... mereka berperang sesama mereka....
sahabat yg dicari didunia kne la yg selalu nasihatkn kte yg selalu tegur kite.... dan sebagai sahabat sejati kite hendak la mendgr nasihat2 yg blh merubah kite..... bkn n jgn salah kn die kerana nasihatkn kite.....
setiap manusia mmmg byk kelemahan tp jika kite dgr nasihat yg diberi mungkin sikit demi sikit kte lh brubah....
fikiran kite kne la matang.... jgn la disbbkn bnd yg kite kejar xdpt pas2 kawan kite tinggalkn......2 trasa n kite...
ape yg trjd jdkn sebagai garis paduan supya kite lbh berhati2 memilih kwn.....post nie khas utk rakan U...

wHat iS PLC.....

Some of the people don't know what is PLC.. Only people who works at in industrial know about PLC..What is PLC.. plc is programmable logic
controller. The PLC is usually seen in the machine..PLC give signal
at the machine, and start the machine. supply in PLC is 24V/DC.
The programming in plc usually use is ladder diagram.Like or, and, load,

BRAND

usually the famous brand in malaysia is siemens, omron, and keyence n etc.

PROGRAM

POWER SUPPLY

An AC powered unregulated power supply usually uses a transformer to convert the voltage from the wall outlet (mains) to a different, nowadays usually lower, voltage. If it is used to produce DC, a rectifier is used to convert alternating voltage to a pulsating direct voltage, followed by a filter, comprising one or more capacitors, resistors, and sometimes inductors, to filter out (smooth) most of the pulsation. A small remaining unwanted alternating voltage component at mains or twice mains power frequency (depending upon whether half- or full-wave rectification is used)—ripple—is unavoidably superimposed on the direct output voltage.
For purposes such as charging batteries the ripple is not a problem, and the simplest unregulated mains-powered DC power supply circuit consists of a transformer driving a single diode in series with a resistor.      http://www.discovercircuits.com/P/pwr-actodc.htm

RELAY

relay is an electrically operated switch. Many relays use an electromagnet to operate a switching mechanism mechanically, but other operating principles are also used. Relays are used where it is necessary to control a circuit by a low-power signal (with complete electrical isolation between control and controlled circuits), or where several circuits must be controlled by one signal. The first relays were used in long distance telegraph circuits, repeating the signal coming in from one circuit and re-transmitting it to another. Relays were used extensively in telephone exchanges and early computers to perform logical operations.
A type of relay that can handle the high power required to directly drive an electric motor is called a contactor. Solid-state relays control power circuits with no moving parts, instead using a semiconductor device to perform switching. Relays with calibrated operating characteristics and sometimes multiple operating coils are used to protect electrical circuits from overload or faults; in modern electric power systems these functions are performed by digital instruments still called "protective relays".

How to Read Pneumatic Schematic Symbols....

The block
  • The block symbolizes the possible valve functions or positions. Example: A 5/2 valve schematic will be illustrated with 2 blocks describing two valve functions or positions. A 5/3 valve schematic will show three blocks describing 3 possible valve functions or positions.
        The Actuator
  • Pneumatic valves can be operated in several ways. Hand operated ( including levers and push and or push pull buttons) ; Air piloted (Operated remotely by pneumatic signals); Solenoid (directly actuated with electronic signals)
  • A is pressurized and B is exhausted
  • B is pressurized and A is exhausted.
       The arrows
  • The Arrow symbols illustrate the direction of gasses flowing into and out of the valve ports. Gas is pressure is supplied from port P. Depending on which of the valve blocks is in function, the gas is directed to port A or B as shown by the arrows.
        Exhaust Port
  • The inverted triangle symbol denotes an exhaust port. The letters EA indicate this is the exhaust port for the A circuit. Ebin turn indicates the exhaust port for the B circuit.
       The Return spring
  • The spring symbol defines the "at rest" position of the solenoid valve. The spring "Pushes" from the side it is drawn on and places the right side block diagram of the valve in function.
        The T Symbol
  • This symbol indicates that a port is closed and is neither passing or exhausting gas.
        Pressure or Air supply symbol
  • This symbol indicates the air supply port. In addition to this symbol the letter P or the number 1 also indicates the air supply port.
